GGNSC Holdings is a holding company doing business as Golden Horizons. The firm operates hundreds of nursing homes and assisted living facilities across the US, most of them company-owned and others leased. Its company-owned facilities go by the name Golden Living, while its leased ones operate under the Beverly brand, a nod to the company's former existence as Beverly Enterprises. All told, Golden Horizons runs about 350 nursing homes and 20 assisted living centers. It was taken private in 2006, when private investor Fillmore Capital Partners bought it for more than $2 billion. It subsequently changed its name to Golden Horizons and rebranded all its company-owned operations under the "Golden" moniker.
