Coyote with his wares, Acme Electric -- a subsidiary of Actuant (which acquired former parent Key Components in late 2004) -- manufactures power conversion equipment for electronic and electrical systems. Acme sells its industrial transformers and related power conditioning products through electrical distributors in the US and abroad. The company's Power Distribution Products division makes electronics products for OEMs and provides private-label backup power supplies. The Aerospace division makes batteries (used on Boeing 777s), battery chargers, and power supplies and provides design and support services to military and commercial markets.
