On March 14, 2013, American Pacific Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release regarding John R. Gibson's resignation as the chairman of the Company's board of directors and Joseph Carleone's election to replace Mr. Gibson. Mr. Gibson was elected for another three-year term as a director of the Company and Dr. Carleone will continue as the Company's president and chief executive officer.
