On March 14, 2013 Garmin Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has adopted a Rule 10b5-1 plan in connection with the $300 million share repurchase authorization that was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on February 15, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
