On March 13, 2013, Inuvo, Inc. issued a press release regarding its financial results for, and held a management conference call to discuss these results and the outlook of the Company. A copy of the Company's press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the script of the Company's management for the conference call is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
