Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On March 11, 2013, officers of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. (the "Company") will participate in meetings with investors at the Company's Middletown facility. On March 18, 2013, officers of the Company will participate in meetings with investors in New York, New York. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are the slides that will be made available to investors at those meetings.
