On March 7, 2013, InspireMD, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it filed an amended registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the resumption of a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions. Under the amended registration statement, the Company is offering $30 million worth of its shares of common stock. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
