On March 11, 2013, Akamai Technologies, Inc. issued a press release in which it
affirmed certain financial guidance for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2013
that was previously issued in connection with its fiscal 2012 investor
conference call on February 6, 2013. The full text of the press release is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
