On February 28, 2013, John B. Kilroy, Sr. notified the board of directors of Kilroy Realty Corporation (the "Company") that he resigned as the Company's chairman and as a director, effective February 28, 2013. The Company's board of directors elected John Kilroy, Jr. to serve as the Company's new chairman, effective February 28, 2013.
