On March 4, 2013, Dendreon Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company")
announced the date for the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, as
well as the record date for stockholders eligible to vote at the meeting.
The Annual Stockholders' Meeting will be held on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 10:00
a.m. local time at the Bridgewater Marriott, 700 Commons Way, Bridgewater, New
Jersey 08807. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 22,
2013 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
