On February 28, 2013, United Financial Bancorp, Inc., the bank holding company for United Bank, announced the closing of its Terryville and East Windsor, Connecticut branches and the consolidation of its Southington, Connecticut branches. The branch closings and consolidation are expected to occur on May 31, 2013. For more information on these branch closings and consolidation please refer to a copy of the press release which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
