On February 28, 2013, NewMarket Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting that the Company's Board of Directors had declared a dividend of 90.0 cents per share of the Company's common stock, payable on April 1, 2013 to the Company's shareholders of record as of March 15, 2013.
