Effective February 27, 2013, Charlene A. Ripley resigned her position as Senior
Vice President and General Counsel of Linn Energy, LLC (the "Company").
Ms. Ripley, a Canadian citizen, is relocating back to Canada and has accepted a
position as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Goldcorp Inc., a
gold producing company located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
