of Halliburton Company established a prearranged trading plan under Rule 10b5-1
of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Effective as of February 27,
2013, Timothy J. Probert, President - Strategy and Corporate Development of
Halliburton Company established a prearranged trading plan under Rule 10b5-1 of
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Any transactions under the
above plans will be disclosed through Form 4 filings with the Securities and
Exchange Commission.
