On February 26, 2013, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company, along with its joint venture partner, has refinanced its $142 million loan secured by the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC and the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA with a $200 million loan that matures in February 2018.
