Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Board of Directors of VF Corporation ("VF") has elected Scott A. Roe to the
role of Vice President - Controller and, as such, Chief Accounting Officer of VF
effective February 22, 2013. Mr. Roe, 48, has served as Vice President - Finance
of VF since May 2012, as Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of VF
International from 2006 to 2012, and as Vice President - Chief Financial Officer
of VF's former intimate apparel business from 2002 to 2006. He joined VF in
1996.
As announced on May 29, 2012, Bradley W. Batten, who previously held the role of
Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of VF, is retiring
after ten years of service with VF.
