Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 26, 2013, EMCOR Group, Inc. issued a press release disclosing results of operations for its fiscal 2012 fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
