(b) Effective February 19, 2013, Edward W. Lukiewski retired as a director of both Polonia Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Polonia Bank (the "Bank"). Mr. Lukiewski will serve as a Director Emeritus for both the Company and the Bank.
