On February 19, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Hyperion Therapeutics, Inc., or the Company, approved the 2013 annual salaries (effective January 1, 2013), 2013 bonus targets and 2012 cash bonuses for the Company's named executive officers.
