On February 21, 2013, Denbury Resources Inc. issued a press release announcing its 2012 fourth quarter and annual financial and operating results, and production and capital expenditure estimates for 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
