Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On February 20, 2013, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has purchased 9.75% Senior Notes issued by Talos Production LLC and Talos Production Finance Inc.
In the same press release, the Registrant announced portfolio activity and developments involving a number of portfolio investments. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
