On February 19, 2013, Autoliv, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share for the second quarter 2013. The dividend will be payable on Friday, June 7, 2013 to stockholders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The ex-date when the shares will trade without the right to the dividend will be Monday, May 20, 2013.
