Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Ultra Petroleum Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release today, attached as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the Company's production, earnings and proved reserves for year ended December 31, 2012. The Company also announced production guidance for 2013 and a $415.0 million capital budget program for 2013.

The news release contains certain non-GAAP financial information. The reconciliation of such non-GAAP financial information to GAAP financial measures is included in the news release.
