On February 14, 2013, Pharmacyclics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release regarding its financial results for its three and six months ended December 31, 2012. As previously announced, the Company changed its fiscal year end from June 30 to December 31, effective December 31, 2012. As a result, the six month period ended December 31, 2012 represents a transition period, with the next fiscal year covering the period from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
