On February 14, 2013, DIRECTV issued a press release, which contained information regarding the fourth quarter 2012 consolidated results of DIRECTV. The press release did not include certain financial statements, related notes and certain other financial information that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of DIRECTV's Annual Report on Form 10-K. A copy of the press release relating to such announcement, dated February 14, 2013, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
