On February 13, 2013, Approach Resources Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing estimated full year and fourth quarter 2012 production, preliminary fourth quarter 2012 realized commodity prices, 2013 production and expense guidance and a commodity derivatives update (the "Press Release").
