On February 13, 2013, Alon USA Partners, LP ("Alon Partners"), a subsidiary of Alon USA Energy, Inc., issued a press release (the "Press Release") reporting a declaration of its prorated cash distribution. For information purposes, Alon Partners included in the Press Release certain unaudited financial information for the three months ended December 31, 2012.
