On February 12, 2013, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. will begin a series of meetings among current and prospective investors which are expected to include the presentation attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, Nationstar's Chief Executive Officer, Jay Bray, will participate in the 14th Annual Credit Suisse Financial Services Forum on Wednesday, February 13, 2013.
