On February 8, 2013, Winmark Corporation announced in a press release that that it recorded impairment charges relating to its' investments in (i) Tomsten, Inc. (d/b/a Archiver's) and (ii) BridgeFunds, LLC. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
