(b) On February 7, 2013, Joseph C. Magnacca resigned his positions as Executive Vice President and President, Daily Living Products and Solutions of Walgreen Co. (the "Company") to become Chief Executive Officer of RadioShack Corporation. W. Bryan Pugh, Vice President of Well Experience Deployment, will lead on an interim basis the Company's daily living and merchandising operations, reporting to Mark A. Wagner, President of Operations and Community Management.
