Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 31, 2013, Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release that inadvertently reported basic earnings per share of $0.35 for the six months ended December 31, 2012. The Company's actual basic earnings per share for the six month period was $0.34. Net income for the six months ended December 31, 2012 did not change from the amount previously reported, nor did the Company's previously reported diluted earnings per share for the same period of $0.34. Additionally, the Company inadvertently referenced net income for the three months ended December 31, 2011 as $901,000. Net income for the three months ended December 31, 2011 was actually $899,000 as originally reported in the Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release as corrected is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
