On February 6, 2013, Uranium Resources, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain terms of its previously announced offering of non-transferable subscription rights (the "Rights Offering"). Also on February 6, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that it received notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market ("NASDAQ") indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for continued listing on NASDAQ. As of February 5, 2013, the Company had maintained a closing price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive trading days.
