(b) On February 4, 2013, the Company announced that Mr. Louis M. Addeo was promoted to Executive Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategic Acquisitions. As of that same date, Mr. Daniel J. Keefe replaced Mr. Addeo as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's Technical Services Group.
