On February 6, 2013, Flagstar Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Flagstar Bank, FSB (the "Bank"), issued a press release announcing that the Bank entered into a definitive Asset and Portfolio Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to which Customers Bank will acquire substantially all of the Bank's remaining Northeast-based commercial loan portfolio.
