C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that, on February 7, 2013, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents ($0.35) per share, payable on March 29, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2013.
