Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 7, 2013, Bunge Limited filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original 8-K") with a press release reporting fourth quarter and full year results for 2012. The press release filed with the Original 8-K contained a typographical error in the goodwill impairment charge figure under the heading "Fourth Quarter Results" on page 2, which has been corrected from $339 million to $327 million. A copy of the revised press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The attached Exhibit 99.1 is furnished in its entirety pursuant to this Item 2.02.
