Effective February 4, 2013, Stephen P. Murray resigned from the Board of Directors of Warner Chilcott plc (the "Company"). Mr. Murray's resignation was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Murray on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
