On February 4, 2013 Denbury Resources Inc. issued a press release announcing oil, natural gas and carbon dioxide reserve information at year-end 2012, preliminary estimates of its 2012 fourth quarter production, its full-year production, and its 2012 capital expenditures. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
