Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On January 25, 2013, StarTek, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a new master
services agreement (the "MSA") with AT&T Services, Inc. ("AT&T"), which covers
all services that the Company provides to AT&T. The MSA has an initial term
through December 31, 2015 and may be extended upon mutual agreement.
