Effective January 31, 2013, Todd Schull resigned from his position with Sanmina Corporation (the "Company") as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) in order to accept new employment. Mr. Schull's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
