On January 30, 2013, Rhino Resource Partners LP (the "Partnership") announced via press release an operations update for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 and related matters. A copy of the Partnership's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Partnership will host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts to discuss its operational update for the quarter on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at 11:00 am (ET). Instructions for joining the call and webcast are included in the press release.
