On January 30, 2013, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has closed on the acquisition of 75.5% of the equity in Pinnacle Retama Partners, LLC, the owner of the racing license for Retama Park Racetrack. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
