At its meeting on 24 January 2013, the Board of Directors elected David Hing-Yuen Ho director of the Company. His term will expire at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in January 2015. Mr. Ho will be assigned to the Environmental, Safety and Public Policy and Finance Committees of the Board effective in July 2013.
