On January 28, 2013, PLX Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012. In connection with the press release, the Company held a conference call to discuss the results with investors and financial analysts. The press release was filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company's Form 8-K, filed on January 29, 2013, and incorporated by herein by reference. A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
