On January 29, 2013, Dawson Geophysical Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it plans to publicly release its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, the Company's first quarter of fiscal 2013, before the market opens on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. In addition, the Company announced that an investors' conference call to review the first quarter results will be held on Tuesday, February 5, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
