(b) On January 27, 2013, William Brodie advised Solta Medical, Inc. that he
resigned from his position as Vice President of Global Sales. Mr. Brodie's role
will be assumed by our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Stephen
J. Fanning. Mr. Brodie has agreed to serve as a consultant for a period of 90
days to assist us in achieving an effective transition of his responsibilities.
