On January 28, 2013, City National Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the record date for the regular quarterly cash dividend on the 5.50 percent non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series C, will be February 7, 2013, rather than January 29, 2013 as previously announced. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
