On January 22, 2013, Walter Energy, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2012 earnings results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, and will conduct a conference call on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. CST / 9:00 a.m. EST, which can be accessed at www.walterenergy.com.
