Officers.
Effective January 23, 2013, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (the
"Corporation") appointed Jeffrey M. Schweitzer to serve as an alternate director
of the Corporation. Mr. Schweitzer is the President and Chief Operating Officer
of the Corporation and Senior Executive Vice President of Univest Bank and Trust
Company. Mr. Schweitzer's term will expire at the 2013 annual shareholders
meeting.
