Pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, Bluegreen Corporation (the "Company") is furnishing materials which were prepared to be included in presentations to be given by the Company's management starting on January 27, 2013. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report are the slides to be included in such presentations which contain certain information relating to the Company that has not previously been made publicly available. The Company is not undertaking to update the attached presentation materials.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 22, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc. ("BVU") and Bluegreen Resorts Management, Inc., have entered into multi-year strategic alliance agreements with Choice Hotels International, Inc. ("Choice") which will allow BVU to leverage Choice's brands and customer relationships to expand its vacation ownership offerings, and will brand 21 Bluegreen Vacation ClubŪ resorts as part of the Choice Hotels AscendTM Hotel Collection. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
